A different kind
of conversation.
Illustrative conversation only. The app’s responses will vary.
Support for the moments that matter
Something to work with,
when you need it.
01
Talk through an urge.
Use the chat to slow things down and explore what you want to do next.
02
Make sense of a pattern.
Look at what happened, what you got from it, and what you’d like to try differently.
03
Try a practical skill.
Find short lessons and tools for stress, difficult feelings, and making a plan.
The people behind the coach
Built by people
who do this work.
Ninebark was developed by clinical psychologists who help people change their drinking, drug use, and other behaviors.
Its tools, and the way the coach asks questions, draw on Motivational Interviewing, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion. The approaches have a research foundation; this beta is where we learn how helpful the app is.

Personal conversations. Clear privacy.
Space to
be honest.
Your conversations are used only to support your coaching and help you learn about yourself—never for model training, advertising, or staff review.
No staff reading your conversations.
Staff don’t read your chats, the summaries, or the personal information in your coach’s memory.
Transcripts deleted after a break.
After five hours without a chat, Ninebark creates a summary and deletes the transcript. The summary is kept so your coach can pick up the thread.
Memory you can delete.
Your coach keeps summaries and notes drawn from your conversations so it can build on what you’ve said. You can delete all your data at any time in Settings.
A few things
before you start.
Whether you’re cutting back, stopping, or still deciding, you can start with the question you have today.
